Penne with Sun-dried Tomato and Chicken is a delightful Italian dish that combines the tanginess of sun-dried tomatoes with the succulence of chicken, all tossed together with penne pasta. Boil 200 grams of penne pasta in a large pot of salted water until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 200 grams of boneless chicken pieces and cook until they turn golden brown. Remove the chicken and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1 finely chopped onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.

Add 100 grams of chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes.

Add 200 ml of fresh cream and bring it to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper as per taste.

Add the cooked chicken and pasta to the pan. Toss everything together until the pasta and chicken are well coated with the sauce.

Garnish with freshly chopped basil and grated parmesan cheese before serving.
