Penne Primavera (with Mixed Vegetables)
Penne Primavera is a delightful Italian dish that brings together the goodness of mixed vegetables and the richness of creamy pasta. Boil 200 grams of penne pasta in a large pot of salted water until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and 2 cloves of minced garlic, saut\u00e9 until they turn golden brown.

Add 1 chopped bell pepper, 1 chopped zucchini, and 100 grams of chopped broccoli to the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

Pour in 200 ml of fresh cream and bring it to a simmer. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the pan and toss it well so that the pasta is well coated with the cream and vegetables.

Sprinkle 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese over the pasta and stir until the cheese is melted and the pasta is creamy.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
