Penne Carbonara (with Bacon And Cream)
Penne Carbonara is a classic Italian dish that combines the richness of cream, the smoky flavour of bacon, and the comforting taste of pasta. Boil 500 grams of penne pasta in a large pot of salted water until it is al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, cook 200 grams of chopped bacon until it is crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan and set it aside.

In the same pan, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and saut\u00e9 until it is fragrant.

Add 200 ml of fresh cream to the pan and bring it to a simmer.

In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 large eggs and 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese. Slowly add this mixture to the pan, stirring constantly to prevent the eggs from scrambling.

Add the cooked pasta and bacon to the pan and toss until everything is well coated in the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve the pasta hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
