Paneer and Spinach Stuffed Naan is a delicious Indian bread filled with a nutritious stuffing of paneer and spinach. This dish is a perfect blend of taste and health, making it a favourite among both kids and adults. Take 200 grams of paneer and crumble it. Also, blanch 100 grams of spinach and chop it finely.

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and let them splutter.

Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown. Then add 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few more minutes.

Add the crumbled paneer and chopped spinach to the pan. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and spices as per taste. Let the mixture cool.

For the naan, take 500 grams of wheat flour in a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of oil, and 1 teaspoon of yeast. Mix well and knead into a soft dough using warm water. Cover the dough and let it rest for 2 hours.

After the dough has risen, divide it into equal portions. Take one portion, flatten it and place some paneer-spinach mixture in the centre. Seal the edges and roll it into a naan shape.

Heat a tawa and cook the naan on both sides until it turns golden brown. Apply some butter on top.

Repeat the process with the remaining dough and stuffing. Serve hot with a side of yogurt or pickle.
