Take 1 litre of water in a pot and bring it to a boil.

Add 10 grams of dried seaweed (wakame) to the boiling water and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix 3 tablespoons of miso paste with a little warm water until it becomes a smooth paste.

Add the miso paste to the pot and stir well.

Add 200 grams of tofu, cut into small cubes, to the pot and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

Finally, add 50 grams of chopped spring onions to the soup and turn off the heat.
