Chicken Sausage and Vegetable Stir-Fry is a quick and easy dish packed with flavours and nutrients. It's a perfect blend of juicy chicken sausages, crunchy vegetables, and aromatic spices. Ingredients: Bell pepper, Beans, Carrot, Chicken sausage, Garlic, Soy sauce, Vinegar, Cooking oil, Salt, Onion, Spring onion

Take 200 grams of chicken sausages and cut them into small pieces.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan on medium flame.

Add 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic and sauté until it turns golden brown.

Add the chicken sausages and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked and slightly browned.

Remove the sausages from the pan and set them aside.

In the same pan, add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped bell pepper, 1 chopped carrot, and 100 grams of chopped beans. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5 minutes until they are slightly tender but still crunchy.

Add the cooked sausages back into the pan.

Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and salt to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then turn off the flame.

Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
