Bell Pepper And Cheese Quesadilla
Bell Pepper and Cheese Quesadilla is a delightful Mexican dish with an Indian twist. It's a crispy tortilla filled with a spicy mix of bell peppers and gooey melted cheese. Ingredients: Cheese, Bell pepper, Tortilla wrap, Red chilli powder, Onion, Butter, Turmeric powder, Salt, Sour cream

Wash and finely chop 1 large bell pepper and 1 onion.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped bell pepper and onion. Sauté until they become soft.

Add 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Take 2 tortillas and spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one side of each tortilla.

Place one tortilla (buttered side down) on a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Spread half of the bell pepper mixture on the tortilla. Sprinkle 100 grams of grated cheese on top of the bell pepper mixture.

Place the second tortilla on top (buttered side up) and press gently with a spatula.

Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown. Flip carefully and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove from heat and cut into wedges. Serve hot with salsa or sour cream.
