In a bowl, mix 200 grams of sugar and 200 ml of coconut milk until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Separate the yolks from 7 eggs and beat them in a separate bowl.

Gradually add the beaten yolks to the coconut milk mixture and stir well.

Add 50 grams of all-purpose flour to the mixture and mix until there are no lumps.

Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of ghee. Pour a ladle of the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.

Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the layer is cooked and has a nice golden color.

Repeat the process for the remaining batter, making sure to add ghee before each layer.

Once all the layers are cooked, let the Bebinca cool down before serving.
