Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Take 4 large bell peppers, cut off the tops and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a bowl, mix 200 grams of grated cheese, 1 finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 10 finely chopped basil leaves, salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff the bell peppers with this cheese and basil mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers on a baking tray and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
