Take about 10-15 fresh basil leaves and wash them thoroughly.
In a blender, add 250 grams of fresh curd (yogurt), the washed basil leaves, 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, a pinch of black salt, and 2 teaspoons of sugar. You can adjust the sugar as per your taste.
Blend all the ingredients together until you get a smooth and frothy mixture.
Pour the lassi into glasses. If you prefer your lassi chilled, you can add a few ice cubes.
Garnish with a few basil leaves on top and serve immediately.
