Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

In a large bowl, mix 170 grams of all-purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of allspice.

In another bowl, cream together 85 grams of unsalted butter and 85 grams of caster sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in 2 egg yolks, one at a time, into the butter mixture.

Gradually add the flour mixture into the butter and egg mixture and mix until a dough is formed.

Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of about 1 cm.

Cut out the cakes with a round biscuit cutter and place them on a greased baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

While still warm, sprinkle the cakes with a little extra caster sugar.
