Peel and chop 2 ripe kiwis into small pieces.
In a blender, add the chopped kiwis, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
Strain the kiwi mixture through a sieve to remove any seeds and get a smooth puree.
In a large jug, combine the kiwi puree with 500 ml of chilled water and mix well.
Pour the kiwi cooler into glasses filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with a slice of kiwi or a sprig of mint and serve chilled.
