Take 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of hot water in a bowl.
Using a whisk or a hand mixer, whip the mixture until it becomes light and frothy, and holds stiff peaks. This process might take about 15-20 minutes if done manually.
Heat 200 ml of milk in a saucepan until it is warm. Do not let it boil.
Pour the warm milk into a glass, leaving some space at the top.
Spoon the whipped coffee on top of the milk.
Using a spoon, gently stir the whipped coffee into the milk, or you can drink it as is, with the froth on top.
