Dry roast 250 grams of whole wheat flour on medium flame until it turns golden brown. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
In a separate pan, heat 150 grams of ghee and add 100 grams of powdered sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
Add the roasted wheat flour to the ghee and sugar mixture. Mix well.
Now, add 50 grams of crushed almonds, 50 grams of crushed cashews, and 25 grams of raisins to the mixture. Stir well.
Finally, add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix everything well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool. Your Panjiri is ready to be served.
