Take 250 grams of khoya in a pan and heat it on a low flame until it melts.
Add 100 grams of powdered sugar to the melted khoya and mix well. Cook this mixture for about 5-7 minutes until it thickens.
Remove the mixture from the flame and let it cool.
In the meantime, prepare the filling by mixing together 50 grams of finely chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios) and 1 tablespoon of cardamom powder.
Once the khoya mixture is cool enough to handle, divide it into small portions.
Shape each portion into a cup, fill it with the dry fruit mixture, and seal it to form a modak.
Repeat this process with the remaining khoya mixture and dry fruit filling.
Your Khoya Modak is ready to be served.
