Take 200 grams of dark chocolate and melt it in a double boiler or microwave until it turns into a smooth liquid.
In a separate pan, roast 100 grams of desiccated coconut until it turns golden brown.
Add 50 grams of powdered sugar to the roasted coconut and mix well.
Pour the melted chocolate into the coconut mixture and stir well until it forms a thick paste.
Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes.
Once cooled, shape the mixture into Modak using a Modak mould. If you don't have a mould, you can shape it with your hands.
Refrigerate the Modaks for about 30 minutes until they become firm.
Your delicious Chocolate Modaks are ready to be served.
