Erissery
Erissery is a traditional Kerala dish made with pumpkin and lentils, simmered in a coconut gravy. It's a delightful blend of sweet, spicy, and tangy flavours, often served during Onam and other festive occasions.
Ingredients: Masoor dal, Pumpkin, Coconut, Mustard seeds, Red chilli dried, Turmeric powder, Curry leaves, Cumin seeds, Hing, Green chilli, Salt, Coconut oil
