In a pan, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

Add a pinch of salt to the boiling water.

Slowly add 1 cup of ragi flour to the boiling water while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

Keep stirring on low flame until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.

Cover the pan and cook on low flame for about 2-3 minutes.

Wet your hands with water, take a portion of the cooked ragi mixture and shape it into a ball.

Repeat the process with the remaining mixture.

Serve the ragi mudde with sambar or any curry of your choice.
