In a glass, add 10-12 fresh mint leaves and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Muddle the mint leaves and sugar together to release the mint flavor.

Squeeze the juice of one medium-sized lime (approximately 30 ml) into the glass.

Add 60 ml of club soda or sparkling water to the glass and stir well to mix the ingredients.

Fill the glass with crushed ice, leaving some space at the top.

Top off the glass with another 60 ml of club soda or sparkling water.

Gently stir the mixture to combine all the flavors.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge before serving.
