Veg Cheese Grilled Sandwich

Veg cheese grilled sandwich is a delicious and mouth-watering combination of vegetables, cheese, and spices, grilled to perfection between slices of bread. Ingredients: Bread, Corn, Black pepper powder, Tomato, Salt, Onion, Green chutney, Butter, Chat masala, Cheese slice, Capsicum

Chop 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 capsicum, and 1/2 cup of boiled corn into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, 1/2 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.

Preheat a sandwich griller or a non-stick pan on medium heat.

Take 4 slices of bread and spread 1 tablespoon of green chutney on one side of each slice.

Place a generous amount of the vegetable mixture on the chutney side of 2 bread slices.

Add 2 slices of cheese or 1/4 cup of grated cheese on top of the vegetable mixture.

Cover the sandwiches with the remaining 2 bread slices, chutney side facing down.

Apply 1/2 tablespoon of butter on the outer sides of each sandwich.

Place the sandwiches in the preheated griller or on the non-stick pan and grill until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.

Remove the sandwiches from the griller or pan, cut them into halves, and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
