Strawberry Cake
Indulge in the delightful taste of a soft and spongy strawberry cake, bursting with the freshness of juicy strawberries and the sweetness of whipped cream. Ingredients: Fresh strawberry, Baking powder, Sugar, Salt, Maida, Ice cream, Bura, Unsalted butter, Eggs, Vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 23 cm round cake tin and line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat 200 grams of softened unsalted butter and 200 grams of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Add 4 eggs, one at a time, to the butter-sugar mixture, beating well after each addition.

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 200 grams of chopped fresh strawberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a separate bowl, whip 200 grams of heavy cream with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.

Once the cake has cooled, spread the whipped cream evenly over the top and garnish with additional fresh strawberries.
