Peel and chop 250 grams of fresh pineapple into small pieces.
In a blender, add the chopped pineapple, 500 ml of chilled milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a few ice cubes.
Blend the mixture until smooth and frothy.
Taste the shake and adjust the sugar if needed.
Pour the pineapple shake into glasses and garnish with small pineapple wedges or mint leaves, if desired.
