Wash 4-5 mosambis (sweet limes) thoroughly under running water.

Cut each mosambi in half and remove any seeds.

Using a manual or electric citrus juicer, extract the juice from the mosambis.

Pour the juice through a strainer into a serving glass to remove any remaining seeds or pulp.

Add sugar or honey (optional) to taste and mix well.
