Finely chop 1 medium-sized onion, 1 medium-sized tomato, 1 green chili, and a small handful of fresh coriander leaves.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves. Add 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
Roast 2 large papads either on an open flame or in a microwave for 30-40 seconds until they are crispy and slightly brown.
Place the roasted papads on a serving plate and evenly spread the prepared masala mixture on top of each papad.
Drizzle some lemon juice over the masala papads and serve immediately.
