Peel and chop 2 ripe mangoes (500 grams) into small pieces.
In a blender, add the chopped mangoes, 2 cups (500 ml) of chilled milk, and 2 tablespoons (30 grams) of sugar. You can adjust the sugar according to the sweetness of the mangoes.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mango shake into tall glasses and add a few ice cubes if desired.
Garnish with a few chopped mango pieces or a mint leaf and serve immediately.
