Choose 2 ripe mangoes, wash them thoroughly, and peel the skin off.
Cut the mangoes into small pieces, removing the seed, and place them in a blender.
Add 1 cup of cold water and 2 tablespoons of sugar (adjust according to taste) to the blender.
Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and no chunks of mango are left.
Pour the mango juice through a strainer into a serving jug to remove any remaining pulp.
Add 1 cup of chilled water to the strained juice and mix well.
Pour the mango juice into glasses and serve chilled. You can also add a few ice cubes if desired.
