In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium heat. Add 1 finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
Add 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add 500 grams of minced meat (chicken, mutton, or beef) to the pan and cook until it turns brown.
Add 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes until the meat is cooked and the gravy thickens.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
