Choose your desired fruits (e.g., oranges, apples, grapes, watermelon, etc.) and wash them thoroughly under running water.
Peel the fruits if necessary (e.g., oranges, kiwis, etc.) and remove any seeds or pits.
Cut the fruits into small pieces.
Place the fruit pieces in a blender or juicer and blend until smooth. If using a juicer, collect the juice in a container.
If you prefer a thinner consistency, strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove any pulp or fruit particles.
Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately. You can also refrigerate the juice for 30 minutes to serve it chilled.
