Chinese Fried Rice
Indulge in the flavors of this delicious and easy-to-make Chinese Fried Rice, a perfect blend of Indian and Chinese cuisine that will leave your taste buds craving for more. Ingredients: Basmati rice, Soy sauce, Capsicum, Vinegar, Cabbage, Garlic, Cooking oil, Green chilli sauce, Sweet corn kernels, Onion, Carrot, Spring onion, Beans, Ginger

Rinse and cook 250 grams of basmati rice in a pressure cooker or rice cooker. Once cooked, spread the rice on a plate and let it cool completely.

In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic and 1 tablespoon of finely chopped ginger. Sauté for a minute on medium flame.

Add 1/4 cup of finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Add 1/2 cup of finely chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, bell peppers, and cabbage) and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.

Add 1/4 cup of boiled and drained corn kernels and mix well.

Add the cooled rice to the pan and mix gently, ensuring the rice grains do not break.

Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of green chili sauce, and 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Finally, add 1/4 cup of chopped spring onion greens and mix well. Cook for another minute and turn off the flame.
