Chicken Chilli Garlic Noodles
Chicken Chilli Garlic Noodles is a delicious Indo-Chinese dish that combines tender chicken pieces with perfectly cooked noodles and a spicy garlic sauce. Ingredients: Plain noodles, Green chilli, Garlic, Boneless chicken, Vinegar, Corn starch, Tomato sauce, Spring onion, Carrot, Soy sauce, Onion, Red chilli sauce, Capsicum, Cooking oil

Boil 200 grams of noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.

In a bowl, marinate 250 grams of boneless chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornflour, and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté 1 tablespoon of finely chopped garlic and 2-3 chopped green chillies for a minute.

Add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped capsicum, and 1 chopped carrot to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Add the cooked chicken pieces back to the pan and mix well.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of red chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, and 1 teaspoon of vinegar. Pour this sauce mixture into the pan and mix well.

Add the boiled noodles to the pan and toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce and the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
