Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a bowl, mix 200 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of instant yeast. Gradually add 120 ml of warm water and 2 tablespoons of oil, and knead the dough until it's soft and elastic. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour.
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and sauté 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped capsicum, and 1 finely chopped tomato for 2-3 minutes. Add 200 grams of boneless chicken pieces, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, and salt to taste. Cook until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Roll out the rested dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on a greased pizza tray.
Spread 4 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle 200 grams of grated mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Evenly distribute the cooked chicken and vegetable mixture over the cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
