Cheese pasta is a creamy, delicious, and comforting dish that combines perfectly cooked pasta with a rich and flavorful cheese sauce. Ingredients: Cheese, Pasta, Maida, Salt, Black pepper powder, Butter, Milk

Boil 1 litre of water in a large pot, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and cook 200 grams of pasta (such as penne or fusilli) according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour (maida) and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously to form a roux.

Gradually add 250 ml of milk to the roux, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Lower the heat and add 100 grams of grated cheese (such as cheddar or mozzarella) to the sauce. Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.

Add the cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and mix well to coat the pasta evenly. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Optionally, you can add sautéed vegetables, cooked chicken, or herbs for added flavor.

Serve the cheese pasta hot, garnished with grated cheese or chopped parsley.
