Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix 200 grams of crushed digestive biscuits with 100 grams of melted unsalted butter. Press this mixture onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

In another bowl, beat 500 grams of softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 200 grams of powdered sugar and mix well.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence and 200 grams of hung curd to the cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk 3 large eggs. Gradually add the eggs to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition.

Pour the cream cheese filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.

Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Then, refrigerate it for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and garnish with fresh fruits or a fruit sauce of your choice.
