Wash 200 grams of fresh blackcurrants thoroughly and remove any stems or leaves.
In a blender, add the washed blackcurrants, 500 ml of chilled milk, 4 tablespoons of sugar, and a few ice cubes. You can adjust the sugar according to your taste preference.
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the shake is too thick, you can add a little more milk to adjust the consistency.
Pour the blackcurrant shake into serving glasses and garnish with a few fresh blackcurrants or mint leaves if desired.
