Peel and chop 2 ripe pears into small pieces.
In a blender, add 500 grams of chilled plain yogurt, the chopped pears, 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cardamom, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar (adjust to taste).
Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If the lassi is too thick, add a little cold water or milk to adjust the consistency.
Pour the spiced pear lassi into serving glasses.
Garnish with a pinch of ground cinnamon or a few slivers of almond, if desired.
Serve the lassi immediately, chilled.
