Wash and pit 250 grams of fresh plums. Chop them into small pieces.
In a blender, add the chopped plums, 500 grams of chilled plain yogurt (dahi), 100 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste the lassi and adjust the sugar or salt according to your preference.
Pour the plum lassi into serving glasses, leaving some space at the top.
In a separate bowl, whisk 100 ml of chilled fresh cream until it forms soft peaks.
Top each glass of plum lassi with a dollop of whipped cream.
Garnish with a few chopped plum pieces and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately.
