Totapuri mangoes are large-sized mangoes with an elongated and curved shape. It is mildly sweet with a hint of tanginess and possess non-fibrous flesh. Best enjoyed as fresh, sliced, and added to salads and they can be used in the preparation of mango-based dishes, puree, chutneys, and pickles also.
