How to Use

Take a Small Amount of Gel: Squeeze out a small amount of the gel (around a pea-sized or as per the instructions) onto your fingertips.
Massage the Gel: Gently apply the gel to the chest area, starting from the bottom of the chest and moving upward, in a circular or upward motion. Focus on massaging it in until fully absorbed.
