1. Scanner Go GV/GC can only be used on their app.
2. The person who has the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Scanner Go is not responsible if the GV or GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
4. A single GV/GC can be used in one bill or transaction.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC with an expiration date.
6. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount of the GV/GC will be given.
7. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
8. The GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
9. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any of the existing offers on its website.
10. The GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific blockout dates as may be intimated or updated by Scanner Go on its website from time to time. Scanner Go may add or delete any date(s) or period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
11. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company, and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Scanner Go will do its best to accept GV/GC. However, due to any technical reasons or for any reasons beyond the control of Scanner Go, GV or GC may not be accepted on the website, and Scanner Go shall have no liability for the same.
13. If the GV/GC gets blocked due to a technical issue, it will be enabled within 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after the GV/GC is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.
14. Scanner Go reserves the right to edit or change the terms and conditions for the GV/GC at any time without any notice or liability. Scanner Go has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
15. Scanner Go reserves the right to withdraw the GV/GC scheme or offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
16. Scanner Go reserves the right to deny GV/GC if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
17. In no event shall the liability of Scanner Go for any claims exceed the value of the GV/GC in dispute.
