How to Cook

Mix the ingredients below and keep them aside for 5-10 minutes before adding to the salad.
- Olive oil: 2-3 tablespoons
- Oregano: 2-3 teaspoons
- Lemon: 1-2 tablespoons
- Thinly chopped basil: 6-8 leaves
- Salt and pepper: to taste
Optional add-ons:
- 10-15 black and green olives (ground / finely chopped)
- Feta and parmesan cheese
Pro-tip: Kale leaves are bitter. Skip this if you wish.
Or remove the kale’s stem, only use leaves. Chop finely.
