Raw Totapuri Mango is usually long, oval-shaped attractive green-yellow or orange coloured fruit with parrot-beak shape tips that features smooth shiny skin. Its pulp is a pleasant blend of sweet and tart taste with special mint or clove-like flavour, which is commonly relished in its sweet-sour pickle.
