How to Use
On clean nails, apply one coat of the Plum Color Affair 3-in-1 Strengthener, Base & Top Coat. Allow it to air dry.
Follow with two coats of Plum Color Affair Nail Polish - Pixie Dust Collection in the shade of your choice. Allow sufficient time for each coat to air-dry.
Sit back, relax and let your nails air-dry completely!
Pro-tip 1: Avoid applying a top coat to preserve the 3D effect of the glitter.
Pro-tip 2: Avoid blowing on your nails, the warmth & moisture in your breath actually slow the drying process down. Instead, let them air-dry naturally.
