Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place. Do not refrigerate.

1. Dissolve MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder in warm water and keep aside. Heat oil in a kadhai, add ginger & garlic and sauté for a minute.
2. Add MAGGI Thai Red Curry Paste, chopped vegetables and mix well.
3. Add the prepared coconut milk & sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Garnish with basil leaves. Serve
hot with steamed rice.
