Ganesh Chana Besan is a flour that can be used in the preparation of a variety of dishes. This yellowish-coloured flour has a smooth and fine texture. Finely ground from roasted chana dal. Can be used to thicken gravies and soups. Forms a smooth batter and is ideal for making deep-fried snacks like bhajjias. It is also used to make dhoklas and besan dosas.
